An energetic architectural masterpiece, this fine dining room specializing in seafood prepared with an Asian flair brings the heritage unique to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group across the Pacific Ocean. The rich culinary traditions of China, Thailand and the Spice Islands are translated and energized by the creativity unleashed in our kitchen.
